Staff  
Although Shirley oversees the planning of your event to ensure a successful affair, qualified manager direct personalized services on site.  We provide professional, uniformed staff to arrive in advance to set-up, serve & clean up after the event.  Staffing requirements are based on your guest count & the extent of service required by your affair  
Event Manager & Chef ( 5 hour minimum) $45/HR
Wait Staff & Bartenders ( 5 hour minimum) $35/HR
   
Delivery  
Delivery is based on the location of your reception site & will be quoted on your personalized proposal.  Deliveries of rentals are additional and are determined by location and type of delivery.  
   
Financial Requirements

We require a 25% to 50% security deposit for wedding receptions upon acceptance of proposal.  Balance and final head count are due (10) days prior to your reception.
