Ordering: Please order at least 48 hours in advance, we will do our best to accomadate you within 24 hours
Minimums: Menus are priced for a minimum specified number of people. You may order for smaller groups for an additional service charge
Payment: Events that exceed$2000 require a 30% deposit, balance is due prior to delivery unless you have mae other arrangements with the accounts receivable office
Forms Of Payment: We prefer checks! Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover are also accepted
Tax Exemption: If you are a tax exempt organization, we MUST have your tax exempt form on file
Cancellations: All cancellations are required in writing, to be received by either email or fax, with a phone call confirmation. No other form of cancellation will be accepted. Written cancellations received with in 24 hours of scheduled delivery time will incur a 50% charge of the total invoice, minus any applicable delivery fees. Written cancellations received with less than 24 hours of notice will incur a 100% charge of the total invoice, minus any applicable dellivery fees. Cancellations received without written notice will incur a 100% charge of the total invoice, minus any applicable delivery fees, Inclement weather cancellations are the same as the above.
